As such, all customers enjoy a standard level of support (“SuccessStandard”) as part of their subscription. Additional support options include SuccessPlatinum and SuccessAdmin, described below.


  • A standard part of your subscription that includes: product assistance during business hours, Customer Support Online as well as access to the Customer Community Portal, Idea Factory and OneVoice programs.


  • For larger organisations with more complex support requirements, SuccessPlatinum includes all the benefits of SuccessStandard plus an assigned customer success advocate, strategic support account management, proactive quarterly reviews and a health check process to ensure high levels of co-ordination and facilitation during your day-to-day operations.


  • Allows your business owners to focus on the strategic delivery of your deployment and includes all the benefits of SuccessPlatinum, plus Application Administration directed by you, and orchestrated and delivered by your CSA (Customer Success Advocate)
